Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
